This non‑therapeutic biosimilar antibody uses the same variable regions as the therapeutic antibody Ocrelizumab, making it ideal for research use. Ocrelizumab is a humanized IgG1 monoclonal antibody that specifically targets CD20, a surface antigen expressed on pre-B and mature B cells but absent on stem cells and plasma cells. CD20 plays a key role in B cell activation and proliferation. By binding to CD20, Ocrelizumab mediates B cell depletion primarily through antibody-dependent cellular cytotoxicity (ADCC) and antibody-dependent cellular phagocytosis (ADCP). This Ocrelizumab biosimilar is well suited for investigating B cell–mediated mechanisms in autoimmunity, neuroinflammation, and hematologic malignancies, as well as for exploring therapeutic B cell depletion strategies.参数
